Motivation
Microsoft Flow in Excel can replace web forms in intranet, and it IS Excel so users can customize, or invent relationship with other excel data by their hands imo.

What I did
- Change office version channel InsiderFast where was Monthly channel.
- Change office language ja-jp to en-us
